Cross the scramble intersection in front of the west exit. Proceed straight along the sidewalk on the Mizuho Bank side, sandwiched between the FamilyMart and the Mizuho Bank ATM.

Continue straight for about 50 meters from the scramble intersection until you reach a Y-shaped junction. At the Y-shaped junction, continue straight following the direction indicated by the right-hand arrow.

◎『小田急線参宮橋駅』より徒歩約5分
1）西口改札を出て右に進む。もしくは東口改札の場合は左に進む。
2)「参宮橋」の信号を渡り右に進む。
3）次の横断歩道を渡らずに左折。
4) 首都高沿いの道400m先に当院があります。

◎『ＪＲ代々木駅』西口より徒歩約8分
①西口前のスクランブル交差を渡ります。
②ファミリーマートとみずほ銀行ＡＴＭに挟まれた道を直進。
③二つ目の信号「代々木一丁目」を左折。
④首都高脇下の道に突き当たりますので、そこを右折。
⑤200m先に当院があります。
